Define IT Strategy update 2023+

• Prepare IT Application & Infrastructure Blueprint update for 2023+ (short, mid, long term goals)
• Update IT Domain strategies (ESS, OSS, Infrastructure)
• Review IT Competency model
• Include IT Technology strategy
• Define technology debt list and management

Review IT Technology stack (app + infra)

• Assess used and planned IT technology and the rationalisation (Legacy vs. Newly adopted)
• Define current and future demand for technology enablers, Find gaps or wrong usage
• Update technology roadmap adoption to set up correctly IT Strategy

Review IT Architecture competency

• Assess competencies, skills and purpose of used IT architectural roles, find gaps or inefficiency
• Assess IT delivery process (waterfall and agile) to observe correct IT Architectural roles involvement
• Review IT Architectural methodology, principles and patterns to find gaps or inefficiency
• Define corrective measures and approach
